When you contact TowerXOS, we may receive your name, title, company or organization, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, project location, investment criteria and information you voluntarily provide about a project, asset or transaction.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, evaluate project or investment opportunities, arrange confidential discussions, conduct preliminary screening and coordinate potential investment or industrial cooperation.

Website forms are transmitted to the TowerXOS server endpoint used for cooperation enquiries; no API key or mail-system credential is embedded in the public webpage.

Confidentiality

Project identities and non-public commercial information are handled on a need-to-know basis. More detailed confidential information should be exchanged after appropriate confidentiality arrangements are established.

Sharing

Information may be shared with relevant professional advisers, investment partners or industrial partners only where reasonably necessary for the stated cooperation purpose and subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal requirements.
